A series of visualizations for a major Russian developer. The objective is to create high-quality, persuasive illustrations to attract buyers and increase the developer's sales. The target audience for these visualizations includes architects and top company managers (professional environment), the middle class, and families with children (consumers and potential buyers)
The project was carried out with maximum comfort for the client. The developer's team had full control, daily reports, and three reference points at which we adjusted the direction of the project. It is important for us that the outcome of the work fully meets the client's expectations.
For this project, the best small architectural forms (SAFs) were meticulously selected and refined strictly according to the technical specifications. Additionally, several libraries of plants for summer, winter, and autumn were created. The development of these libraries allows us to work more efficiently and facilitate expedited delivery of intermediate results.
